In the Pink

 Morning all.  I know we aren't quite there yet but, October is Breast Cancer Awareness month.  In support of that Make My Monday is looking for 'Pink Cards with Pink Ribbon'.  That could be actual ribbon or the Breast Cancer ribbon like this one.

I got some clipart from Prinxify on Etsy and chose one of the images for my card.

Fantastic Fantasy

 Morning all.  Over at Cardz4galz we have the theme of 'fantasy'.  Think fairies, dragons, witches, mermaids etc. Anything fantasy goes.  I went under the sea for my card with this lovely mermaid.

Believe it or not the paper I used is from a Christmas pad but I thought the colours went well with my image.

Watch out for the squirrel hiding his nuts

 Evening all.  The autumn leaves are falling all around us here on the marina.  Mainly because, every time I take Ava into the woods, there is a squirrel up in the canopy making his plans for the winter.  The woodland path is full of little holes were they are digging and burying their stores.  There are also some massive mushrooms growing but I'm not tempted to pick them, just in case.  Anyway, this leads me to the new Cardz4guyz challenge which is 'autumn colours and themes'.  Let's see if I can catch a squirrel then.

Keep it Moving

 Afternoon all.  Over at Cardz4galz today we are looking for an Interactive element on your projects please.  I rarely do anything like this but I love watching tutorials of how they are made.  One of the best on You Tube, in my opinion, is Sam Calcott and I've linked the tutorial for this card type under her name.  Here is my version of her card.

How Sweet is Christmas

 Morning all.  The first of the month yet again.  These months are just whizzing by.  We have another lovely theme for you over at Sparkles Monthly Challenge.  Roll out the goodies as our new challenge is 'How Sweet it is'.

I've used some sweet clipart from The Crafting Zone Shop on Etsy.  The set includes lots of cute Christmas images.  I've gone for a gingerbread man and a Christmas pudding.

As it's a Christmas card I've used lots of glitter cardstock for the layers, frame and sentiment.
